If you find any faults of our items in 30 days after receipt, you can contact us for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. After 30 days, you can still contact us for a replacement within one year (Replacement postage should be covered by buyers).   This putter is made well and it is built really nice. It is heavier than most putters but it shows it won't fall apart. Do not 2nd think this putter, this is great for beginners and experts.

  After one round with new putter... my shots were closer to the hole... after two rounds I was much closer with distance... and after three rounds I am making putts I never made before!!
