The Ping G10 Fairway Woods are engineered with a crown that directly intersects the sole to create a low profile head that combines with a long, shallow face for improved performance from all types of lies.

The intersection of the crown and sole results in a skirt-less design which allowed PING engineers to reposition discretionary weight of Ping G10 from the crown, face and hosel for a lower center of gravity location. An internal weight pad creates the low CG location and provides higher ball velocity and reduced spin.

Skirt-less design for enhanced center of gravity position

New, “skirt-less? design resulted in a substantial lowering of the center of gravity of G10 Fairway Wood. This enhanced center of gravity position is one of the main reasons these fairway woods are so easy to hit long, high, and straight from the fairway.

Enhanced face design

Shallow, longer face design, allowed PING designers to save weight, and re-distribute it to more critical parts of the club head of Ping Fairway Woods. The result, a fairway wood that launches higher, spins less, and has exceptional performance, including a solid feel, especially on “thin? hits.

Large weight pad positioned low and forward

Extremely large weight pad, which is 23% fo the total club head’s weight, has been position low in the club head to lower the center of gravity, awarding G10 Fairway Wood higher ball speed and lower spin for maximum distance.

Thin crown design technology

Low stress areas have been "thinned" resulting in 4 extra grams of discretionary weight that is redistributed into the large weight pad for Ping G10 Fairway Wood.

Sole design to maximize trajectory

The leading edge has been lowered so that the club sits lower to the ground inspiring confidence at address. This allows the club to get underneath the ball easier, giving better energy transfer to the ball producing higher and longer shots.

Thin, machined variable face

Precisely machined, thin, variable thickness face leads exceptional performance, including higher ball speed, while maintaining durability.

TFC 129F Shaft
Premium graphite shaft designed by PING specifically for the Ping G10 Fairway Wood line. This is engineered with lightweight materials and features progressive weight, flex, and torsion profiles to increase club head speed for maximum distance while providing optimal launch conditions for superior control, consistency and feel.

ProLaunch RED Fairway and V2 high launch 75 shafts –
Premium shafts from Grafalloy and UST give great fitting alternatives to the TFC 129 shaft family. The ProLaunch Red fairway will give a lower launch and spin while the V2 high launch 75 will give a higher launch and spin than the TFC 129F. Available for Ping G10 Fairway Wood:
